N9NE Steakhouse

N9NE is a modern steakhouse serving a range of fine steaks along with other menu items. A couple popular choices include the 24 ounce bone-in rib eye and the 22 ounce porterhouse. Also look for the 16 seat caviar bar if that is more your style (expect a bigger bill if so). The décor is ultra modern with high-tech lighting, plasmas and simple modern and stylish furnishings. N9NE was named the Best American Restaurant in Las Vegas Life magazine in 2007. While you may expect high prices, outside of the caviar bar it is actually very fair for the setting and food, most dishes $25 to $35. Reservations are suggested. It is located inside Palms.
