Switch Steak

Switch is a steakhouse serving a range of French dishes and fresh seafood. One of the popular dishes is the Seafood Tower which is a sculpted 3 tier platter. Dry ice floats down over fresh jumbo shrimp and fresh oysters at the bottom. The have a number of excellent steaks as well and many quality side dishes. While the food is excellent, the setting may be the main attraction. The restaurant has three main themes which are rotated throughout the day from baroque look to an Italian Villa then it opens up for a view of the atrium. Prices are expensive, $55 to $100 and up. It is located inside Encore.
