The Buffet serves a range of American dishes and is considered an "American"
buffet but also serves dishes of other influence like Chinese seafood specials.
Some favorites include prime rib, smoked salmon, pasta, lo mein, sushi rolls,
broiled steak. They have many different types of fresh seafood as well as
salads, deserts and more. It is a casual but nice buffet, very clean and well
kept with great service. Prices are reasonable, usually below $15 a plate and
they serve complimentary beer and wine between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. daily. It is
located inside the Hilton which is just east of the Strip.
