35 Steaks + Martinis

35 Steaks + Martinis is a new steakhouse concept combining classic steaks with martinis (not often mixed) in a “cutting-edge” atmosphere. It is not due to open until September 2, 2011, but the goal is a young and lively atmosphere, similar to the rest of the Hard Rock Hotel. This will be Hard Rock’s new steakhouse since the closing of Rare 120. No pricing estimates are available yet. It is located at Hard Rock on Paradise, east of the Strip.
