Sterling Brunch

Sterling Brunch is a gourmet brunch serving a range of high-end dishes from quality steaks to seafood. They have no specific specialty but serve basically anything from eggs to caviar. It is located inside Bally’s Steakhouse, serving from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., after which it switches to a steakhouse. Prices are expensive, Champaign brunch is $85 per person.
