Kristofer’s Steak House

Kristofer\'s is a classic seafood and steakhouse specializing in charbroiled steaks and fresh seafood. They have a complete course prix fixe menu. Some favorites include prime rib of beef, charbroiled cedar plan salmon, Southwestern mahi mahi and double-rib spring chops. They have excellent sides and appetizers as well like their fresh Caesar salad. It is a large, well-lighted and casual restaurant with light colors in a comfortable setting. Prices are very fair for a steakhouse, usually from $25 to $35. It is located at Riviera at the north end of the Strip.
