Alize

At the Palms, located just west off the Strip on Flamingo Rd, is one of the hippest spots in Las Vegas with a range of entertainment, clubs and restaurants catering to a younger crowd. It is one of the most popular properties off the Strip and is directly across from another popular off-Strip resort, the Rio. Alize is a trendy restaurant owned by chef Andre Rochat, located on the 56th floor of the Palms with an amazing view of the surrounding Las Vegas area. The restaurant has a modern but comfortable interior. They have an amazing wine list accompanying a creative French menu. Some of the specialties include pan-seared foie gras with crispy duck confit and pink grapefruit, Colorado lamb with morels, and English peas and goat cheese ravioli. They have a wide range of menu items, most with creative additions which may not be easily found at other restaurants around Las Vegas. The main attraction here however may be the amazing view. It is an excellent spot of couples and small groups.
