Prime Steakhouse

Prime is a combination steakhouse, seafood, and chops. Some of the favorite dishes include rack of lamb, roasted rib-eye either 12 or 18 ounce, aged New York steak, their slow baked sea bass and roasted chicken served wit haricot vert. They have a selection of excellent sides and appetizers as well. The setting is super elegant with velvet drapes, expensive and almost overly comfortable furnishings and impressive art. It has a water theme, relaxing and intimate. Prime was created by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Despite the setting, prices are in the moderate range, usually over $35. It is located in Bellagio.
