El Cortez Flame

The Flame Steakhouse is a classic steakhouse with a variety of steak options along with appetizers and deserts. Some of the menu highlights include New York Steak, 20 ounce porterhouse, filet mignon, lamb and a creamed spinach dish. The restaurant is large and casual. The focus is mainly the food however.
