Nunsense

This is where Elvis Presley first broke all Vegas show attendance records. Today it still regularly books headliners, and in addition is perhaps the single most popular choice of hotels off the Strip for convention goers and business people. The Las Vegas Hilton is approximately one city block east of the Strip on Paradise Rd. It is enormous by off Strip standards and is considered one of the largest hotels in the world. The Hilton is also where you can catch the outrageous and wacky musical comedy Nunsense.

Nunsense stars, of course, nuns. The story gets under way after their cook accidentally poisoned 52 of the The Little Sisters of Hoboken. The remaining sisters are stuck burying them but run out of money after 48. A bit macabre, but it is all done in a light hearted and funny manner. The sisters put the remaining four bodies on ice and decide to put on a benefit show to raise enough money to bury them. More hilarity ensues after this.

This musical comedy had a 10 year run in New York before coming to Las Vegas and has won four Outer Critics Circle Awards including Best Musical. The Nunsense will keep you laughing through the whole show.
