Tableau

Tableau is an upscale American restaurant serving a number of classic and unique dishes. Some favorites include eggs Benedict with fresh fruit and smoked salmon, their beet salad and tuna tartare, Kobe burger and clam chowder. They have a number of excellent deserts as well. It is an elegant, upscale setting decorated almost like a wedding reception, with a beautiful view of the gardens. Prices are on the high end, from $35 and up quit a bit from there. Reservations are suggested. It is located in the Wynn.
