Sinatra is a modern Italian restaurant. They serve a wide range of excellent Italian foods, all cooked fresh with only the freshest ingredients. They have no specific specialty and the menu may vary according to the season. Also, don’t expect all of the classic Italian meals you’d find at most restaurants, most of the items are served with one twist or another, making it a unique experience. It is beautifully decorated with Sinatra memorabilia throughout, beautiful chandeliers and a very rich, upscale look. It is considered fine dining and reservations are suggested. Head chef is Theo Schoenegger. Prices are very expensive, plates ranging from $55 to $100. It is located in Encore.
