Seablue is a Mediterranean seafood restaurant wit ha number of fresh and
unique menu items, many of which are flown in fresh from around the world. Most
items are made on the grill using different oils and natural juices then
finished in a Moroccan clay oven. Along with seafood they have a variety of
grains and rice, all very healthy options. It is very inviting and unique
atmosphere, designed with waterfalls and mirrors all around. It is a 2005 AAA
Four Diamond restaurant. Prices are moderate to high, most dishes $35 and up. It
is located inside MGM Grand.
