Pink Taco is a Mexican restaurant with Central American and Caribbean
influences. They have a varied and interesting menu, some of the favorites
include Cinco de Taco, homemade tortillas and sabana de pollo. They also have
excellent quacamole and enchiladas. Along with great food, Pink Taco has a full
bar with specials like $2 Coronas. It is a lively atmosphere and decorated in
traditional Mexican fashion. It won the 2004 Epicurean Award for Best Mexican.
Prices are very fair, under $15 in most instances. It is located inside the Hard
Rock.
