Pearl

Pearl is a Chinese restaurant with a primarily Cantonese menu. They have a large menu and use excellent ingredients cooked expertly by their chefs. Some of the popular choices include shrimp egg rolls, spider prawn dumplings, crispy wonton shells, roasted Peking duck and lemon chicken. They have many great desserts including Far-East freeze, ice cream passion fruit sorbet and syrupy pomegranate sauce. It is decorated beautifully in creams with red accents. Prices are on the high side, most dishes between $25 and $35 and up. It is located inside MGM Grand.
