Mesa Grill is a southwestern style restaurant with a number of signature
items like blue corn pancake with barbecue duck, roasted pumpkin soup, and filet
mignon. They have a separate lunch and dinner menu and feature a rotisserie
upstairs. It is decorated with real southwester flavor, wood trim throughout
with a few colorful additions. It is a friendly, business casual to casual
atmosphere. Prices are on the high end, $35 and up. It is located close to the
theatre in Caesars Palace.
