Japonais

Japonais is a Japanese restaurant serving all types of sushi, sashimi and appetizers. They have many different entrees as well. Some specialties include Crispy Shrimp and Salmon roll, spicy chicken robata with shiso buds and a very unique New York steak called “The Rock” which is cooked literally on a rock right at the table. It is designed beautifully by Jeffrey Beers and chefs Jun Ichikawa and Gene Kato, and this is actually one of the highlights of the restaurant. It is on the expensive side, and reservations are suggested. Prices are usually over $35. It is located inside the Mirage.
