Diego

Diego is a classic, upscale Mexican restaurant. Some of the menu highlights include lump crab cocktail, tender short ribs, oven roasted chicken with red oaxacan mole sauce and grilled rib-eye. They have a number of excellent desserts as well along with a full bar. The restaurant has a unique design with booths and tables, plain walls with pink and orange lighting. It is a bit upscale and prices are on the high end, usually over $35 a plate. It is located in MGM Grand.
